Light-Wet Facade Installer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A light-wet facade installer performs work related to the preparation and finishing of external building surfaces using insulation systems. Responsible for correct substrate preparation, installation of insulation materials and application of adhesive and render layers in accordance with the technology. Ensures quality of work, durability and aesthetics of the facade, and observes building codes and safety rules. Uses specialist tools and materials, controls their consumption and cooperates with other team members to complete projects on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • min. 1 year experience in a similar position

Ventilated Facade Installer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A ventilated facade installer installs facade systems that create a ventilated cavity between the facade and the external building wall. Their work includes mounting load-bearing structures, insulation, ventilation and finishing elements such as panels and facade boards. They also install moisture drainage systems and ensure the facade is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and resistant to weather conditions.
